GYZ Personal Database - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU
AND YANZHONG GUI (THE "AUTHOR"). USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT
(THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE
OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT.

LICENSE GRANT. You can use this software for evaluation purpose for no more than 90 times.
After that, if you find it useful and wish to continue using it, you must purchase a license from the
author. Each purchased license allows you to install this software on one or more computers for
use by one single user.

COPYRIGHT. The software is owned and copyrighted by Yanzhong Gui and is protected by the
People's Republic of China copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge
that no title to the intellectual property in the software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge
that title and full ownership rights to the software will remain the exclusive property of Yanzhong Gui
and you will not acquire any rights to the software except as expressly set forth in this license. You
agree that any copies of the software will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and
in the software.

REVERSE ENGINEERING. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or
disassemble the software in whole or in part.

DISTRIBUTION. This software may be distributed freely in its original unmodified and unregistered form.
The distribution has to include all files of its original distribution.

DISCLAIMER. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE TO YOU
FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF
THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND
BY ITS TERMS.

GOVERNING LAW. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire agreement between you and the author which supersedes any
prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.

RESERVED RIGHTS. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to the author.
